Submit a paper
Papers are due Monday 7 December 2026, 23:59 AoE. You can change your submission, or replace the PDF, as often as you like until then.
Before you start
- 3–4 pages, excluding references, in the IEEE VGTC conference format.
- Remove author names and affiliations from the PDF. Reviewing is blind.
- Have the title, abstract and every author's name, email and affiliation ready.
- At least one author presents in person in Melbourne (27 or 28 February 2027, day to be confirmed).
